After a Wingsurfing course or a few foil sessions on our Cable park, you are ready to practice WingFoil!

This practice requires a little experience to fully enjoy your first flights.

1- Welcome at the Glisse & Kite Center

2 - Welcome by your instructor: administrative formalities and equipment (wetsuit), access to changing rooms

3 - Go to the spot (beach) for your lesson with your instructor

Course of a wingfoil, different steps :

1st session: Discovery of the wingfoil equipment, rigging the equipment, briefing on safety, land and water handling of the wing, land travel and piloting exercises, first waterstarts, management of non-flight and / or first trajectories flights.

2nd session: Training in the initiation of flights, work on trajectories (near, across), long distance trajectories, first transitions (jibes).

3rd session and more: Progress in transitions, jibes, tack, first jumps

4- Debriefing with your instructor

5 - Return to the Glisse & Kite Center, access to changing rooms and showers

- Supervision by our state-certified instructor of 3 sessions of 2h30 (for 1 session if 1 session booked).

- the material, the wetsuit (depending on the weather conditions).

COVID 19 - The protocol put in place by Glisse & Kite for the practice of sailing and board sports

The practice of wingfoil requiring a minimum of 10/12 knots of wind (about 20 km / h), the days and times of the lessons can be modified according to the weather conditions planned for your course. If the wind is not there, the course can be canceled and postponed. A quick phone call the day before your internship to confirm is welcome! 

Courses times: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - 4.30 p.m.

For the 1st class, plan to arrive 15 minutes before

Civil liability insurance covering the practice of wingfoil is compulsory. Possibility of issuing one at the reception of the Glisse & Kite Center from € 20 (provide a credit card for payment directly on the insurer's website).

Minimum age: 10 years old (parental authorization compulsory for minors).

On site: Parking, changing rooms, Wifi and Beach-Bar to eat or have a drink (Kiteburgers, salads, grilled meats, homemade dessert, homemade ice cream ... home cooking from fresh products).

Bring swimsuit, sunscreen, sunglasses and bottle of water.
